1. PREAMBLE AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to snorstudio. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on this website (the "Site"), you (the "User," "Customer," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Novustra LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the United States ("Novustra," "We," "Us," or "Our").

snorstudio is a wholly-owned subsidiary store and digital storefront property of Novustra LLC. All digital products, crochet patterns, content, and services provided on or through the snorstudio website are legally owned, operated, and controlled by Novustra LLC. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and its contents are strictly reserved by Novustra LLC.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE OF THIS SITE AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS.

2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

To ensure clarity and prevent ambiguity, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below:

  • "Service" refers to the website www.snorstudio.com and all associated services, including the sale of digital crochet patterns, customer support, and email communications.

  • "Digital Product" or "Crochet Pattern" refers to the downloadable computer files sold on the Site, specifically including but not limited to PDF crafting instructions, crochet diagrams, pattern bundles, step-by-step guides, and digital crafting assets.

  • "Device" refers to any hardware used to access the Service or view downloaded files, such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

  • "Content" refers to all text, pattern designs, photography, instructional steps, graphics, logos, video clips, and visual interfaces contained on the Site or within downloadable files.

3. NATURE OF PRODUCTS: DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY

3.1. Exclusively Digital Inventory

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that snorstudio sells exclusively digital, downloadable files. We do not manufacture, warehouse, package, or distribute physical goods, finished yarn products, or crafting tools.

3.2. No Shipping Policy

WE DO NOT SHIP PHYSICAL PRODUCTS TO YOUR ADDRESS. Because our inventory is entirely digital, there is no physical shipping involved in any transaction on this Site.

  • Any request for a billing or mailing address during checkout is collected solely for payment authentication (AVS) and digital tax compliance (sales tax or VAT calculations).

  • You will never receive a package, box, or parcel from Novustra LLC.

  • Order fulfillment is executed electronically via automated email delivery and direct download links.

3.3. Technical & Crafting Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you possess the required equipment, software, and basic crafting knowledge to access and utilize our Digital Products:

  • Software: You must have a compatible device and software capable of opening standard digital file formats (such as PDF readers) and uncompressing archive folders (.zip files).

  • Skills: Our patterns are designed for varying skill levels as outlined in product descriptions. You acknowledge that basic familiarity with standard crochet terminology, abbreviations, and techniques is required to complete the projects.

4. STRICT NO REFUND AND NO RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the instant delivery and irrevocable nature of digital files, Novustra LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been generated.

4.1. Immediate Performance & Waiver

By completing your order, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (the immediate delivery of the digital download link). You acknowledge that once access to the digital file has been granted, the service is deemed fully delivered, and you forfeit any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.

4.2. Limited Exceptions

Refunds or file re-issues may be considered at our sole discretion only in cases of:

  • Verified Duplicate Transactions: Duplicate purchases of the exact same product using the same email address within a 7-day period.

  • Server File Corruption: Technical defects where a file on our server is corrupted and cannot be repaired or replaced by our technical support team within 7 business days.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATTERN USAGE LICENSE

When you purchase a Digital Product from snorstudio, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal and small-commercial license to use the pattern instructions. You are not purchasing the copyright to the design or master files.

5.1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All original designs, text, photographs, diagrams, and instructions within our crochet patterns remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of Novustra LLC.

5.2. Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do)

  • Personal Crafting: You may download, save, and print copies of the pattern for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Finished Items Sale: You MAY sell physical, handmade items that you personally create using our patterns in limited quantities. We kindly request (but do not legally require) that you credit snorstudio as the pattern designer in your listing descriptions.

5.3. Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do)

  • Pattern Redistribution: You MAY NOT sell, resell, share, copy, translate, alter, or freely distribute the PDF pattern file, text, diagrams, or instructional content in whole or in part to any third party.

  • Asset Piracy: You MAY NOT upload our files or photographs to file-sharing networks, online forums, cloud drives, or lead magnets.

  • Commercial Mass Production: You MAY NOT use our patterns for factory mass production or automated manufacturing without prior written authorization from Novustra LLC.

  • Photography Usage: You MAY NOT use snorstudio’s official product photography to sell your own finished items.

Violation of this section constitutes intentional copyright infringement under US and international laws and will result in immediate license revocation and potential legal action.

6. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

If you register an account on snorstudio to manage your downloads:

  • Accuracy: You agree to supply accurate, current, and truthful email addresses and billing information.

  • Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify support@snorstudio.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. PAYMENT TERMS AND TAXES

7.1. Payment Processors

Payments are handled via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). Novustra LLC does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

7.2. Currency & Fees

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless converted by the checkout gateway. Foreign currency exchange fees levied by your financial institution are your sole responsibility.

7.3. Sales Tax and VAT

Where applicable, Novustra LLC collects digital sales tax, VAT, or GST automatically based on the location details provided during checkout.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site or its contents to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international legal statutes or regulations.

  • Distribute malicious code, viruses, or spyware.

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data or pattern content from the Site without written approval.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site’s backend systems or customer databases.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE AND ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Novustra LLC specifically disclaims:

  • Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Guarantees regarding individual crafting outcomes, as final results depend on personal technique, yarn choice, tension, and skill level.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVUSTRA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR DOWNLOADED CROCHET PATTERNS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC DIGITAL PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novustra LLC, its officers, employees, and subsidiaries (including snorstudio) against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or infringement upon intellectual property rights.

12. SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Novustra LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of snorstudio following updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
