Thank you for choosing snorstudio for your digital crochet pattern needs. This Shipping and Delivery Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding the electronic delivery of products purchased through our website.

It is critical for all customers to understand the corporate structure governing this platform. snorstudio is a wholly-owned subsidiary store and digital storefront property of Novustra LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the United States. All products listed, sold, and distributed through the snorstudio platform—including but not limited to downloadable crochet patterns, instructional PDF guides, diagrams, and pattern bundles—are the intellectual property of or are licensed to Novustra LLC. All rights, including distribution rights and delivery protocols, are strictly reserved by Novustra LLC.

By making a purchase on snorstudio, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the delivery methods and terms outlined in this Policy. It is your responsibility to read this document in its entirety prior to completing any transaction.

2. NATURE OF INVENTORY: 100% DIGITAL CROCHET PATTERNS

To avoid any ambiguity, we must first define the nature of the goods sold on snorstudio.

  • 2.1. Intangible Assets: We exclusively sell digital products. Specifically, our inventory consists of downloadable crochet patterns, PDF instruction guides, stitch keys, design diagrams, and pattern collection bundles (collectively referred to as "Digital Products").

  • 2.2. No Physical Inventory: Novustra LLC does not maintain a physical warehouse, stock shelves, print physical instruction booklets, or package physical parcels. We do not supply physical yarn, completed crochet products, or crafting tools. Our inventory exists solely on secure cloud servers. Consequently, there is no physical "shipping" in the traditional sense.

3. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING POLICY

WE DO NOT SHIP PHYSICAL PRODUCTS TO YOUR ADDRESS. This is the most critical section of our Policy. Because our inventory is entirely digital, Novustra LLC will never send a package, parcel, envelope, or physical mail to your home or business address.

4.2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Instant (0 to 5 minutes).

  • Maximum Latency: In rare cases of high server traffic or email provider delays, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

5. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF DELIVERY

5.1. File Formats

Your digital pattern delivery will arrive in standard formats optimized for digital viewing and printing:

  • .pdf (Portable Document Format): The primary format for our crochet patterns, containing step-by-step instructions, high-resolution photos, stitch abbreviations, and sizing charts. Accessible via any standard PDF reader.

  • .zip (Compressed Archive): Used for multi-pattern bundles or large collections. You must "unzip" or "extract" this folder on your device to access the individual PDF pattern files.

5.2. Download Limits & Storage Advice

To prevent unauthorized distribution, download links may have a limit on download attempts or link active periods (guaranteed active for at least 30 days post-purchase).

CRITICAL ADVICE: We strongly recommend downloading your pattern files immediately upon purchase and backing them up to a secure local device or cloud storage service (such as Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox). Novustra LLC is not responsible for lost files due to failure to back up downloads.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING NON-DELIVERY

If you have not received your pattern email, please follow these steps:

  • 6.1. Check Spam/Junk Folders: Email filters often redirect automated delivery emails. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders and search for "snorstudio" or "Novustra LLC."

  • 6.2. Verify Email Accuracy: If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout (e.g., typos), the system cannot deliver your link. Contact support@snorstudio.com immediately with your full name and purchase time so we can update your information and re-issue the files.

  • 6.3. Payment Processing Delays: Pending payments (e.g., bank transfers or e-checks) require funds to fully clear before download links are released.

  • 6.4. Storage Capacity: Ensure your device has sufficient storage space to download and open compressed folders or PDF pattern files.

7. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once electronic delivery has occurred (the email has been dispatched or the download link accessed), the digital pattern is considered permanently delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "un-sent" or physically returned. Downloading or receiving file access waives eligibility for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • 8.1. Global Availability: snorstudio delivers digital patterns globally to any location with internet access.

  • 8.2. Trade Compliance: As a US-registered entity, Novustra LLC complies with all US export control laws and does not process transactions or deliver digital goods to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive US sanctions.

9. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS UPON RECEIPT

  • 9.1. Immediate Inspection: You agree to open and inspect your pattern files immediately upon download. If a file is corrupted, notify support@snorstudio.com within 48 hours for a replacement link.

  • 9.2. Software Compatibility: You bear sole responsibility for ensuring your device has basic software capable of reading PDF documents and unzipping .zip files. Claims of "non-delivery" will not be honored if the file was delivered but cannot be opened due to a lack of standard viewer software on your device.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Novustra LLC shall not be held liable for temporary delivery delays resulting from events beyond our control, including server outages, third-party email provider downtime, internet infrastructure disruptions, or cyber attacks. Delivery will resume as soon as technical functionality is restored.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

Novustra LLC reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to www.snorstudio.com.
