1. OVERVIEW AND OWNERSHIP STATEMENT

The name snorstudio, the snorstudio logo, wordmarks, brand imagery, website visual designs, and digital content (including downloadable crochet patterns, diagrams, and instructional PDF assets) are the exclusive intellectual property of Novustra LLC.

These Brand Use Guidelines outline the permitted and prohibited uses of snorstudio's brand assets, trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material. By referencing or utilizing snorstudio brand assets, you agree to comply with the policies set forth in this document.

2. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED BRAND USES

Pattern Sharing & Resale You MAY share direct links to our website product pages where others can purchase our digital patterns. You MAY NOT re-sell, re-license, translate, forward, or distribute our PDF pattern files, diagrams, or instructional texts to any third party.
Logo & Trademarks You MAY use official press kit assets provided directly by Novustra LLC for editorial publication or media reviews. You MAY NOT alter, re-color, distort, or combine the snorstudio logo with third-party branding without written authorization.

3. SELLING PHYSICAL ITEMS (COMMERCIAL CRAFTING LICENSE)

We proudly support independent makers and small-business crafters! When selling physical items made using our digital crochet patterns, please observe the following commercial terms:

  • Small-Scale Handmade Production: You are granted a limited license to sell finished physical items created entirely by hand.

  • Designer Attribution: You must explicitly credit snorstudio in your product descriptions (e.g., "Handmade using a pattern designed by snorstudio - www.snorstudio.com").

  • Use Your Own Photography: You must take your own high-quality photographs of your finished physical work. Utilizing snorstudio's official promotional imagery, website renders, or pattern graphics to represent your personal finished goods is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

  • No Mass Production: Our patterns may not be utilized for factory mass production, automated machine manufacturing, or commercial wholesale supply without a customized corporate licensing agreement signed by Novustra LLC.

4. DOMAIN NAMES, TRADEMARKS, AND BRAND IDENTITY

  • Domain Names: You may not register, purchase, or operate any domain name, subdomain, or URL that includes the word "snorstudio" or any confusingly similar variation.

  • Business Names & Social Handles: You may not register a business, LLC, trademark, or social media username containing "snorstudio".

  • Consumer Confusion: You may not use snorstudio brand assets in any manner that falsely implies sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Novustra LLC.

5. REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENTS

Novustra LLC actively monitors digital marketplaces, file-sharing forums, and social platforms to protect our brand identity and community of makers.

If you discover unauthorized distribution of our digital pattern files, stolen photography, or trademark misuse, please notify our legal team at support@snorstudio.com with the following details:

  • The specific pattern title or brand asset being misused.

  • Direct URL links or seller profile details displaying the unauthorized content.
